Second
Vice President checks club e-mail, handles inquiries
about the club, manages the greeting table,
organizes the directory and plans the fall and spring social.
Raffle Coordinators (2) solicits donations from local businesses
and club members for the general meetings, arrives early to display
the items and sells tickets at the meeting. She forwards Information
regarding the raffle
donors to the newsletter editor for advertisements and to the secretary
so thank you letters can be sent.
Special Projects Coordinator recruits members to execute the Holiday
Luncheon, Adopt-A-Family, garage
sale and other projects, oversees the smooth operation of all special
projects, encourages the creation of new
projects and prepares newsletter articles regarding the projects. We
have volunteers to do the garage sale
and the silent auction already.
Historian photographs Newcomers throughout the year, maintains a scrapbook
about Newcomers, maintains
custody of old newsletters and prepares a display of photos and newspaper
clippings.
