.It is hard to believe that we only have two general meetings left this year. I think it has been a positive year for members and I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to lead this club. I am excited to announce the addition of three more activities starting in April. I added Friday Flicks in the hopes of seeing some new movie attractions with friends. Patricia Quinn will host our Book Club and Lisa Reynolds has volunteered to host a Couples Night Out. Please check out the calendar and join us! May will be a full month of activities! We plan to play Bunco at our general meeting and this will be a pot luck event, so please bring a favorite dish to share with the group. Drinks will be provided. Please join us for Midland Blooms on May 22nd. It is a wonderful community volunteer event and families are welcome to join us. Due to the low membership response, we will not be participating in the Memorial Day Parade. We will be taking orders for Newcomer t-shirts at our May meeting. Bring a friend to the meeting and get two free entries in our raffle door prize. Take a peek at our Spring Social invitation and plan to join us. Cheers, Carol Williamson
